Kirkland Hall

Kirkland Hall was born in Oklahoma City, and received his Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. He has two children, Bryan Kirkland Hall and Kendall Carrington Hall. Kirk is one of the three brothers who jointly own and manage a third generation family business. The Fred Jones Companies, which operates a private equity fund and businesses in the automotive, energy, and commercial real estate development industries.

Kirk is the Vice Chairman of Hall Capital. In the past, he served as Advisory Director of Benham Investment Holdings in Oklahoma City, and as a Director of Cleary Petroleum. Kirk started his career as a Manager with Union Bank as well as Security Pacific Bank, both in Los Angeles, California.

From 1998 until today, Kirk’s many community services included being the trustee President and President of the board of directors for the University of Oklahoma Fred Jones, Jr. Museum of Art. He was also President of the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Greater Oklahoma City, where he was a recipient of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Paragon Award for his service in Junior Achievement. He also sat on the board of directors for the YMCA, United Way of Greater Oklahoma City, and Leadership Oklahoma City. Kirk is past President of the board of directors of the OKC Community Foundation.

Frederick Jones Hall

Frederick Jones Hall was born in Oklahoma City.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and his Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.  Fred is married to Karen, and they have three children, Maguire Neal Hall, Frederick Jones Hall IV, and Allison Cook Hall.

He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Managers for Hall Capital Partners, Chairman and CEO of Hall Capital, and Chairman of the Fred Jones Companies.

Fred’s government experience includes serving during the second term of the Reagan administration as Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Canadian Affairs in the U. S. Department of State, and later as Chairman of the Oklahoma Transportation Authority under Governor Frank Keating. 

Fred has been active on many civic boards, including the Chairmanship of the following Boards of Directors:   Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Oklahoma City, INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation, Oklahoma City Industrial and Cultural Facilities Trust and Ballet Oklahoma.

Brooks Hall, Jr.

Brooks Hall, Junior was born in Oklahoma City. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications in 1976 from the University of Denver. Brooks is married to Carole and they have two sons, Brooks Jeffrey Hall and Robert Adam Hall.

He is currently the vice chairman and executive vice president for The Fred Jones Companies, Inc, vice president and treasurer of Brooks Hall Enterprises, Inc., and president of Fred Jones Realty Corporation. He also serves as vice president of the Fred Jones Family Foundation, Hall Capital Investment Company, LLC, Hall Energy Company, LLC, and Fred Jones Capital Corporation, all of which are in Oklahoma City.

Brooks has provided leadership in managing and growing portfolio business since 1976. He led Fred Jones’ automotive business through aggressive growth, both internally through marketing innovation and market expansion, and externally through acquisitions.

Outside of the Fred Jones entities, Brooks has and continues to help with many community service committees in Oklahoma City. He previously served on the boards of OKC Economic Development, Kirkpatrick Foundation, Oklahoma Automobile Dealers Association, and is the past president of the Appeals Review Board of Greater Oklahoma City, Inc. He is a current board member of Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, as well as the Oklahoma State Fair Board.
