Areas of interest

General Guidelines:

  1. All organizations are required to fill out an application form and submit it to the Fred Jones Family Foundation for review.
  2. Only nonprofit organizations qualified as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code may apply.
  3. Priority is given to organizations serving central Oklahoma.
  4. Reflect the Fred Jones Family Foundation’s areas of interest.
  5. We do not fund individuals, school or organization trips, tables or tickets for fundraising events, or matching endowment grants to churches, ministries, or religious programs.
  6. Organizations must review the guidelines and the specific information requested for each grant category.
  7. Organizations must submit a list of their Board of Directors, which must include at least six people.


The board expects to meet every 90 days to evaluate and discuss new donation requests.
